The Signature Class

The class Sumit built from the ground up. A sequence set to music in a 105°F room, designed to work every system in your body — muscular, skeletal, cardiovascular, and nervous — in a single session.
Unlike traditional Bikram, Sumit's Yoga incorporates modern alignment principles and breathwork cues throughout, making it accessible and challenging at the same time. The music keeps energy alive and the mind present.
The Original
65 min with music · 80 min traditional · Hot · All levels
The original 26-posture, 2-breathing-exercise sequence practiced in a room heated to 105°F with 40% humidity. Each posture is held for a specific duration to systematically work every organ, muscle, ligament, and nerve in the body.
Sumit's studios have offered traditional Bikram since 2000. The sequence is the same every class — which means you can track real progress over time.
Core & Strength
60 minutes · Heated · All levels
Mat Pilates practiced in a 95°F room. The heat amplifies every movement — increasing circulation, loosening connective tissue, and deepening the work. Low-impact but intensely effective.
Focuses on the core, posterior chain, and stabilizer muscles that conventional exercise misses. No equipment needed — just a mat and the willingness to feel it.
Restore & Release
60 minutes · All levels
The necessary counterweight to every yang practice. Yin yoga uses gravity and time — not effort — to release deep connective tissue: fascia, ligaments, joints. Postures are held for 3–5 minutes in deliberate stillness.
Often the hardest class for the most athletic students. Stillness is a skill, and it transfers to everything else in your life.
